M11 and M12 Habitation Certificates

Hi to all those on M11 and M12.  I did post on another thread 'A few photos' but I think the title may be a bit misleading for anyone with houses on M11 and M12.  If  you read the thread on 'A few photos' you will see that there has been a whisper that the habitation certificates for M11 and M12 could be ready for middle March. 

I raise the question again to see if anyone on M11 or M12 still reads this EOS web site as they used to.  In 2006/7 the community page for Sierra Golf was buzzing with issues such as habitation certificates, electricity boxes, builders water etc etc.  We also had daily updates from people moving in on M25 and M35 and then M13 but over the past 2 years those who moved in have settled in to a thriving happy community and the rest of Sierra Golf seems to have been abandoned by the builders and developers.  If there is anyone out there who has any further information about M11 and 12 it would be good to share. R

I understand that M11 habs were issued/available two weeks ago

Apologies this is a late reply but we're in M12 and completed on our sale 2 years ago, all cert/s in place, why a delay for everyone else? Our solicitor was very thorough and only allow completion on the property once the hab certs were received by them!
