Rentals guarenteed or not?

Has anyone managed to get any info on the much promised rentals?

We've been promised and promised and in desperation put ours up for private rental as it's completed and furnished and there may be a market out there somewhere - for residents or just checking on progress.[in ME 23] PM me if you have/want info

Hello mate - look at the post from MedinaGolfBuyer.  They said that that Steve Hindley and Peninsula had a new contract coming out for clients in April which offered 4% rental but 2 weeks usage. 

Unusually for Peninsula this hasn't materialised and neither has a penny of rental income for ME23 clients.  By now hopefully ALL clients have started cancellation proceedings and realise that what ever peninsula tells us is just to mug us off some more and delay those remaining clients from cancelling before the first licence is issued.
