The Administrator is not responsible for maintenance of individual apartments.
Technically any defects found after snagging are the responsibility of the owner so you should arrange or fix yourself.
The Exception is if the defect is due to building defect that is covered by the builders gaurantee such as roof leaking? issues like leaking taps are not covered.
Any mail to customer service does nothing
If you need to report a problem you must fill in the form on the Polaris Website http://www.polarisworld.com/polarisworld/en/atencioncliente
This is the only way to contact them but dont expect any immediate answers or repairs.
Many people have had problems logged here since Christmas and are still waiting for action.
