Hi Natalie & Paul
It is my guess that Priensur would rather not hold an AGM as many owners have questions that need answering and if they can delay an AGM they can delay answering. A simple statement sent via email to all owners outlining what strategy is planned for the development in so far as repairs/repainting and what the current situation is regarding the unsold apartments would at least help.
Phase 1 is definitely due cyclical maintenance….like now! I personally feel that we are going from one year to the next with little going on apart from the gardens being maintained. Yes they do come to your apartment if something is wrong but we need to look at the whole picture. Arenal Duquesa is a good development in a fairly good location. But the development needs some TLC that currently it is not receiving and property soon declines without it.
I did notice last week scaffolding lying on the floor beside block 11; I just hope it is not lying there unused this time next year.
