I'm about to go back out and look at the Condado de Alhama development with Parador Properties. I'd like to buy an apartment but I'm not sure what'll be available and what would be the best long term choice. I see it as an investment and I'm not looking for a quick return, I think from reading the other articles this a sensible approach. I'm also concerned about being able to re-sell it in the future if I want to move on to a bigger property or get hold of my money again. Does Polaris provide reassurances on this matter? I was out in November and saw one of the other Polaris World resorts, which was nearing completion and I was suitably impressed. Hopefully, someone can provide advice or should I stay clear of the market at the moment!!
