hi there,
like a number of others on this site, we now find ourselves in a position where completion would be difficult.  In our case, we were buying 50/50 with another party who has since declared bankrpt!
Our lawyer istrying to recover something for us, but has taken over 6 months so far.  Do you have any ideas?  Its interesting to think that this lawyer may in fact be kept busy by the developers and therefore somewhat torn!

we had a simular problem with our lawyer,who we have now changed to maria  de castro,who writes for eye on spain, she has been extremely good and is very positive about getting our money back.
