Hola to everybody,
Does anybody no of a Good bank or Broker that are still lending Mortgages on Roda Golf and Beach Club
I have friends that are buying and just want to see what the best deals are out there before they decide
We would very much appreciate any help and guidance as to what is the best soloution for example do the Banks lend
60% or 70% , can you get 3 years interest only etc etc

Yes, without doubt there are banks that can offer mortgages on Roda Golf. We work with several and have been able to get some decent mortgages for clients within their specific situation. 3 years interest only is pushing it but 2 years is available. 60 or 70% should be no problem in general but ofcourse credit worthiness of the client is important and the valuation of the property as well.

This is a wonderful opinion. The things mentioned are unanimous and needs to be appreciated by everyone.I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need tobe sorted out because it is about the individual but it can be with everyone.The above thought is smart and doesn’t require any further addition.It’s perfect thought from my side. They emailed me two weeks ago saying the new schedules will be released 01/11. Of course the new schedule could be ' No flights'.
I am of the opinion that the Murcian Regional Authorities are going to make life as difficult as possible for San Javier until they can unveil their new and largely unwanted new airport at Corvera.

We were surprised at the selection on offer and the prices, so maybe( as this garage is a major dealership) you may be able to do a good deal?,,,,,,if not, the Skoda dealership is just across the road!

I bought a Spanish property in May 2009 (not my main residence,more of a holiday home and not rented out)....Yesterday I received an email from the Spanish Solicitor I used talking about Non Resident Tax Return,stating they have been acting as my tax advisor,news to me,stating that I need to send then 430 Euros as they have submitted this tax return on my behalf. embed

I find there are different rule for estate agents, because if you buy anything through an agent you are going to get what you paid for and if the agent cannot get what you paid for your money is returnd, that is except estate agents. They take your deposite and if the builder fails to build you don't get the property. Do you get your money back from your agent? No the agent tell you it's not his resonsabilty and you must go to the developer yourself, some agent. embed

I think that you need to check and see, my understanding is that flood insurance is available. One of the problems that the public may encounter is an agent that has not been to flood insurance education to sell it. That might have alot to do with it.. I think he said the other day that 33% of the claims for flood, were not in the flood plain. But, most people will not buy due to paying another premium….
