Hi Jim,

I spoke to my agent today and he says that dumper trucks have arrived on site and there is some land levelling going on. Cranes should be in place by end of 1st week in March. With all of the cranes coming from La Torre (a forest of them), work should progress pretty quick - I hope!

Earth moving has started!!!!! Final paperwork all cleared up and earth moving started on Condado , Terrazes de la torre and Mar Menor 2!!

Will try and get pictures next time i go up.

Had call from Polaris customer service that confirms earth movers in and all licences in place.

Not sure when we can actually have countdown on the 18 months etc but nearer the time. When  I signed up completion was supposed to be sept 07  then May 08  now end 08 so still being patient!
