Hi, the best of the three storey because it's got views is the remaining one that's in a pair. One of which is occupied. Maybe No 19, I can't remember. They have their own underground carpark I think. The two storey have a better size living/dining room but one less bedroom.
The development is turning out really nice. The gardens and pools are lovely. These are the sort of properties that will appreciate a lot and/or get top rents as long as the owners respect them and make the private gardens lovely. They have beautiful fitted kitchens, each house has its own lift (needs monthly contract about 39 euros) and so will have good sales potential to the wealthy retired in the future. Now there are some nice young families.
Leave the gardens unmade and rent them out at €500 a month or crowd in 8 people in short lets will damage the potential for appreciation or high rents.
The security has been fine. Most houses are well secured. Mostly with Secutias.
Hope that helps.
