We visited Aldea's offices in May and were informed they were going into liquidation.
We signed a contract for tax administration asistance with a new solicitor at Aldea's offices, but have had no contact since and wonder if we have ended up with yet another failed solicitor. Also our contact at Aldea whom we saw in May does not answer our emails, perhaps the email address has been closed down.
We have recently received an unsolicited communication by email from Advisers Bureau Consulting SL saying Aldea's client list has been transferred to this company, abbreviated quote "administer their files, to deal with their fiscal obligations..........all title deeds, etc have been passed to us.......we shall now be your representative unless we receive your noticification or letter within a week from today" This was received 06.08.
In my opinion this is not legal, also I can't believe the deeds etc have just been passed over that quickly as many people are posting saying they have been trying to get their deeds for some considerable time!
Has anyone been in a similar situation and any advice to offer please as we want to pay our taxes! [and eventually receive our title deeds]
Thanks
