key holders

Hi does anybody know of  any key holders that just charge for the cleans and NOT a charge for  holding the key

As far as we know there are no key holders who only charge for cleaning and not for holding keys.  We do both but we do charge for both services. The local government here do advise people who own property here and live in the uk to have a key holder in Spain in case of any problems that may accure

Mobailey Thanks for the reply we are now sorted,there are key holders who do not charge a yearly fee i got 7 replys.who will just do a clean only.

This video is being posted all over the forum and I believe that Justin should look at this because it is promoting a company which is actually trying to get  business for lawyers and actually cannot give any information on the website with an address and contact numbers

We all remember the European Mediation scam when they took money with promises to recover deposits etc and delivered nothing and I am not saying that this is the same thing but it looks like a very slick video marketing piece
