Then on the official key handovers will be done according to blocks, and it will last the whole summer. This is consistent with what everyone else is being told. As yet no mention has been made of a block-by-block hand-over, in fact Keymare were quite insistent that each phase would only be released when all elements in each were complete. It probably would not be feasible to just hand-over all apartments at the same time, mainly due to the fact that they will use one single notary. So they prefer hand-over in smaller groups e.g. blocks. Do not know whether this is the truth or not. Cheers Francisco 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know
