Reserving an apartment off plan in Monte Aledo

I am due to pay a holding deposit to a property developer who is marketing the Monte Aledo resort, has anyone else already signed up for one ?

I am thinking of investing in Spain and this development sounds good, could you please post details on the builder so that I can check it out. I like to do a bit of homework before handing over any cash.

We have just returned from the developemt at Monte Aledo and have reserved a 2 bed apt 2nd flr in block 11. I have friends who have reserved apts in blks 9 and 15 without even visiting the site. We are busy sorting out solicitors and money transfers so if only one has advise it would be most welcome
