New Dog City

Just want to test the water re property owners feelings about the  amount of yapping dogs that seem to have populated the resort.

It seems to me that in the last few months that there has been a huge increase in the dog population with everyone of them trying to compete with each other to be the loudest and most irritating with their constant barking.

Every new lomg term rental tennant on the resort seems to have at least one dog, but more often than not two!!

Is it time to lobby the resort management to put a stop to this influx of irresponsilble dog owners who think nothing of leaving their dogs out in the gardens barking all day while they are at work without a thought to other residents.

Phase 1 at the moment becoming unbearable. We have even had an instance of a rental tennent allowing his dog to swim on a regular basis in a private swimming pool whilst the owners were back in the UK!!

I agree with you Hyacinth.

Far to many uncontrolled dogs for my liking.

I and a few others are going to bring it up at the agm with a view to getting the rules changed to ban tennants having dogs.

I couldn't agree more.  Just returned from Half Term in our Villa on Phase 1 and spent most nights being woken up by the Alsation kept by Spanish residents in a cruelly small compound on Andorra.

We would like to raise it with the Community as well - it's a nightmare!

We're in full support of a ban.

In the first instance can you make your complaints Known to Jordy Vidal the resort manager.

He is aware of the problems and is sympathetic to the cause. The more people who complain the better.

Thanks for your support. Quite honestly i am astounded by the apathy of HDA property owners on this subject.

I also think dogs should not be allowed in rented properties and will contact the resort manager as suggested.
