Resort Queries

We are looking at buying an Altair Villa on the resort and wondering if anyone could answer the following questions

1.       What are the community fees for an Altair?

2.       It’s a rumour that the new Corvera Airport flight path would be over the resort?

3.       What is the security of the resort like?

4.       Who owns the resort?

 Any general comment regarding the resort would be most appreciated I have played the golf course which I found it and the club house terrific.

Community fees vary dependant on size of plot and other issues - probably around €500 - €700

Flight path difficult to know

Resort security is ver good, new company appointed last year.

The ban owns it La Caixa Catalunya
