At Last!

We are coming over to complete on our villa later this month and would like some advice please.

We know a lot of the info we need will be on this forum somewhere but would really appreciate some up to date advice too.

The obvious things we need to do once we have signed for the house is to sort out the insurance, white goods, electricity, garden, grills and it would be great if anyone can give us the names of good insurance companies and shops etc. 

We would also like to have a wood burner or equivalent in the fire place and also need the names of good builders as we are thinking of having the basement tanked if necessary and possibly some other building work

Any information or advice about the above or other things we need to do or might wish to do, would be very very much appreciated.

At last, great news about the houses finally moving on Sierra Golf.  Is there anyone else on this forum who is waiting to sign over their house on M54, M11 and M12.  We were contacted early July this year. Be good to hear from anyone similiar to ourselves who has been waiting this past 4 years to hear from Masa and Procobar. It certainy would improve the area around the pool bar once these houses are lived in. Be over soon and hope the weeds haven't completely taken over the gardens after all this time. M11
