Hacienda Casares Photo's

Hi,

We are new to the site and have bought a ground floor apartment in Magnolia block.  Reserved in Sept 2003, and told completion would be in July 2006!  We have recently been in contact with Aifos through our lawyer, and have been informed that our block will be ready for completion in October 2007.

Would like to know if anybody else has bought in or around this block.

Going out in March, so will try to find out more details.  Had trouble getting access last September - does anyone know if this has improved recently?

Had confirmation from Aifos that Magnolia block will be finished for May and the licence of first occupancy (ready to move in) will be 15th August 2007. Getting very excited now and can't wait to (hopefully!!) see the site in March.

Hello, I have take many photos today. We could despite the security guy and sneak inside an Azalea penthouse. It was a excelent day because builders of andalucia are in strike (don`t panick only for two days) Im going to post a few photos here but everyone who wants more could send me a email to my direction juanemiliorossi@gmail.com .
