Hi Jo,

In answer to your question yes we have been living on phase1 of El Trampolin for just over two years now for our sins.As yet we have no more information on the Property Deeds or Escitura.We have been told all the necessary paperwork is now with the builders solicitors and everything should be ready by the end of September though they did not say which year. Solera now only seem to be interested in getting people's money and not in any kind of after service.We have found the office staff most unhelpful and downright rude.We now have most of our problems sorted out but has been a long hard struggle and far from easy.We are now running a villa managment service and B&B for people who are purchasing on this development.If you require any further information or want to contact us direct we can be contacted by telephone on 0034658514417 or by e-mail at glynisandsyd@o2.co.uk e-mail may be best as reception on phones is just another one of our many problems.

Thanks for your reply. It sounds like it has been a bit of a struggle for you! I hope that Solera get their act together as the development continues. It's a shame to hear that as soon as they have your money, they aren't too bothered about putting defects right. We are going to sit and wait for their call because we can't complete without the escritura.

If you do hear any good news about the escritura's, would you mind posting the info as I am sure it would be good news for many people, who will be able to complete and get their morgages.

Hi Wille John and others buying from Grupo Trampolin 

Do you know what is happening? I had a phone call on Friday from a lady at Trampolin ringing on behalf of 'The Boss' They are asking us to make an immediate payment of a rather large sum of money to them in cash or they said they are going to have to take some action. Our contract says we are due to pay the remaining 60% of the purchase price upon completion, but when I pointed this out, the contract seemed to have no meaning!  Our villa is not ready to take possesion of, because as yet, it is still not legal and we cannot get our mortgage until it has been made legal. I was shocked at such a phone call out of the blue, but I told them we could only complete once the legal paperwork was available. No mortgage lender will lend a penny until the property is made legal and we have the license of first occupation.

The irony is that we are so desperate to complete because we are already over one year behind on completion with no light at the end of the tunnel. But until the company can provide us with a legal property, there is nothing we can do.

I have e-mailed our rep at the office but no-one has replied. Is this a cash flow problem? If the escrituras are going to be available any time now, why would the company be asking for a large cash advance?

We are rather worried to say the least. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi,

I am new to the site, I have been in the process of buying my property on El Trampolin's phase 1 dev for close to two years...House is built pool is in Air-con fully fitted...But I like others I am not prepared to pay the balance until all is legal, as I will finance the balance via a Spanish mortgage....which as we all know, the banks need all the docs to be able to release funds....very frustrating....my wife was due out for 6 1/2 weeks this summer with the kids....but obviously that did not happen...

Like others I paid Half upfront in cash, which seemed to be the norm, balance on completion.....

We are now out in October staying at the Mar Menor Golf resort . so we can meet with our agents (Elite Spanish Properties) so we can discuss and go to see El Trampolin to find out what is going on...Our lawyers in Spain have told us to hold out for now.....

Hi Shepp

It's great to meet someone else who is in the same position as we are. I hope your October visit brings some good news. I hope we can help each other by sharing information etc. We have been out a few times already this year but havent got any information at all. We were supposed to be staying in our new villa but as it is still not legal, we ended up having to rent various different places. At least we have got to know the area and make some friends already living out there. I have tried to get more information but my e-mails are now not being answered.

Thanks for your support.....I Honestly believe that once the development is completed it will be great (Am I just being naive) I hope not.....

Information is key...so anything I can glaen in the coming weeks, Months ...It will be posted.....
