Rental Potential

Hi All,

I am new to this site and looking to purchase a 2 bed apartment in Phase 1 to use for myself and as a rental property. I am trying to find out what sort of occupancy levels there are and the rental potential through peak in this area. Can anyone help? All the rental sites I have looked at show it to be very quiet, I put some of that down to the fact the site is very new. Any feedback is appreciated

you may be better looking at phase 2 where i can get you aproperty at around 97000 euro with a couple of years rental.

Own on phase 1 and to be honest buying with a view off seeting your mortgage payments with rental income is probably not a viable option.

Whilst the golf  course has just opened and the town centre and supermarket are due to open shortly. There is not a great rental market out there unless you want to rent out for peanuts.

Having said the above, more than happy with my apartment and looking forward to the increase in facilities in the coming months.

A good rental market is still a long way off. We would need all the facilities originally promised to us by Polaris to make that happen.

I know that phase 1  belongs now to Bancaja and that you can purchase with only 10 or 20 % deposit and nothing more for 3 years. I suppose that these form of purchase will help , even if rentals at the moment can be low. In 3 years time things can only be better .
