Online electricity account

Hi all,

with the problem of having no post boxes I have managed to set up an account with the Spanish Electricity Supplier (Iberdrola). Was a bit of a struggle and took several emails because they had incorrect bank details for me, but we finally got there.

At least I can now see what they are chargiing me and what for.

Hi Dave,

I have tried to register online so many thanks for the link. I have had to email Iberdrola and they have emailed back and now asked for reference number on the contract, but we dont have a contract as Ellen from Polaris dealy with all the paperwork. Did you know your ref number?

Hi Lynne,

No, I didn't have my reference number either as PW set up the account. I just emailed Iberdrola all my details including the DD reference information from my bank account. They found me eventually and sent me my referene number.
