Entidad AGM

I received notification of the Entidad AGM yesterday morning confirming the date as the 26th February.

If you cannot attend please make sure you give your proxy to someone.

Detailed information for the AGM has NOT been included with the notification (to save cost) and can be found on the Entidad Website - login id and password available form Housing.
This includes the accounts for 2010, the 2011 proposed budget of €933,648 and the full debtors list !!!!!!

If you don't have the logon/password for the Entidad website and are an owner on Phase 2 Community P12 the Agenda and Proxy Form have been downloaded to there. If you are desperate, then PM me and I can email you the proxy form!

I alson received this and looked in the webpage to see what the proposed changes to the bylaws are but can't see anything about this.Can anyone tell me what these proposals are ?

Proposed changes to byelaws - I think one is to sort out who we should be paying out Entidad Fees to as at the moment we pay via our community. You will see in the info you did get via post that they are now going to bill us personally quarterly.

Don't know what the rest are - no doubt they will tell us on the day.

I see that the quarterly Entidad charges now include VAT.

I don't recall paying this in the past. Is this an additional cost or was it always there, but not specified previously?
