i am just wondering if any one else has been unable to contact anyone from Universal Hospitality.

i have had no contact for months and cannot get to speak to anyone at the company- i assume they have gone??

with my keys!

please let me know if you are in the same boat or if you have managed to get hold of someone.

I also have the same probelm with Universal Hospitality!

Emails bounce and no contact by phone.

The resident's association has reported a water problem in my appartment, but I can't get them access.

Anyone heard anything?

They took over from Calida International Properties so perhaps it's worth contacting them to find out what's going on.
