It really does seem odd if you look at the MARM site. The line drawn along the beach varies dramatically in it's distance from the water or the land and curves around some 'selected' buildings whilst at the same time cutting through the back of Miguels ? Not that I am suggesting any 'backhanded' reasons for doing so. Shame that Miguel can't go to the courts under the 'Murcian heritage' loophole as the pescaderia is really a part of the Santiago beach history.
