Working from home???

Peoples,

I'm wanting to start a business from home, but have had mixed opinion on doing so in Roda Golf.

Does anyone have the correct information on this subject, only I'm told it isn't possible, but there are a number of 'high profile' peoples already doing so but it's against the constitution of the resort???

Perhaps I need to consult my Great Uncle?

In theory running a business from Roda Golf is prohibited by the bye-lawsm article 15.5

15.5 It is forbidden the full or partial use of any of the units or parts of these integrated in the Community for any commercial activity, renting . . .

As you say though, some "high profile" peoples are already doing it illegaly and will continue to do so as long they think they can get away with it.
