WATER

Is anyone been out recently and had problems with their water supply? My wife has just got to the apartment and no water available! Will email the office for tomorrow but just wondered if anyone has had issues?

Hi Chris, No problems to date BUT!  Did your wife manage to get the water turned on??  I will be please to hear the the outcome from your "E" mail

I habe had problems with 3 Tilos over the last week

On 1 somebody had turned off the water in the supply cupboard

On the other 2 same problem the stop cock in the external cupboard, to the right of the boiler was faulty and not openning properly with the tap

Simple solution is that you have to open the vakve using a set of grips

The problem is of course if somebody isn't checking the property the first thing you know is when you arrive

Today been tring to resolve a problem for somebody that stopped me in the car park, no boiler working

The problem was that the filter on the pipe was blocked and of course Corvera refused to help as he completed over 1 year ago

I have an apartment on Roda and when I arrived on March 22nd I discovered, after about an hour (by then it was 10:30pm) that there was only a dribble of water coming from the bathroom taps.

As it was late, I went to bed but got up a couple of times to check and it was now not even dribbling from the tap. Expecting to have to sort it out the next morning, I had an anxious night.

When I tried again, at about 7am the water was back to normal! All my worry for nothing. This didn't happen again for the rest of my trip, fortunately. I also have no idea if the water was cut off for just the night or for longer.

Could Chris_G's wife have had the same problem? Does this happen often - does anyone know?

Just as an update I saw Chris yesterday and it was the same problem, the main water stop cock was not openning fully and the office resolved this

Worth noting if you have the same problem as it seems quite common
