I forgot to add lastes pics on here i took when i was there a few weeks back, i will add them ASAP...
Phase4 is looking good, the pool area has been dug and apts are not a long way from being complete.
Up the hill to your left as you walk down to Country Club is being worked on and looks like it going to be a recreational area, they have so far paved area with yellow bricks and lights and seating are in, 2 childrens play areas and equipment are complete and a lot of landscaping has finished, i think it will look great.
The the right of Golf another complex is under way and there working on laying foundations for underground car park, complex beind Phase1 is flying and i guess will be complete by end of year...
La Galera park in front of us i still unfinished and only a few apts occupied, very strange, there PH2 is built and also should be finished by end of year, sadly i has taken some of my views on sea, lukcy im in a duplex...
There is massive work going on over the hills behind us for another gold complex, i didn't get a chance to go see latest on shopping complex though..
