Owners discount

Hi,

I have been under the impression that owners receive 30% discount on golf green fees at Roda, but when I made a reservation today I was told it would be 89 euros for 2 x GF + buggy (from 2pm) compared to the advertised rate of 110, this is a discount of only 19%. I can book it cheaper with an online golf discount site for 83 Euros!!! So much for owners "discount"!!!

Anyone else had the same problem?

Owners always used to be entitled to 30%discount off of the advertised rate which is currently 55 euros but goes down to 45 next week.

Roda should also be offering twilight deals after a certain time but you need to check rates and times buggies are normally 20 euros, is your price inc buggy. Remember also that you pay 3 euros for federation insurance each time you play.

You should be paying 83 euros for two plus buggy cost, query it with shop

We recently had clients in the apartment that wanted to play golf and I organised this all for them.

What I discovered is that you do not get any discount off any deals they are offering. Owner or not! There used to be but this seems to have now vanished.

What I think you paid for was 2 * golf at £55 plus buggy (which has gone up to €25 according to the website) discounted by 30%.

So in fact using these calculations you got over 32%.

i seem to remember that as an owner you get 30% off golf fees but not buggy hire?

this sticks in my mind as i remember booking in feb and thinking that we should get 30% off all offers but dont!

My guests certainly got discount off buggies and I am pretty sure it applies to owners too

Got a reply from pro-shop. The price quoted initially was a mistake as the price has dropped from today. It is now going to cost 32 euros per person, which includes a buggy for each pair. So now 128 euros compared to initial quote of 178 Euros for 4 players. Insurance is extra.

We booked  last week for the 4th of June and were  told the price was Euro32  plus cost of the buggy  ( + euro3 tax )

Perhaps I need to go back and ask for the buggy discount ?
