(The quantities perceived from the signature of the contract until the end of the period of construction will be entered in the entity Bank of Andalusia of the Concepción's Line in the special current account for quantities on account nº 0004-3156-76-0600260910).

Just been told by local estate agent that the courts have taken over the development and appointed administrators to oversee the completion.  Everyone must complete before they can sell.  We have been advised that this is a fact.  Also the completion date is now in three to six months time.  We have asked our lawyer to obtain further information re this.  Anyone got more details on this?

Does anybody know what is actually happening ?

Ocean Estates do not seem at all interested, and give no information, other than keep extending the completion date.
