Long term rental opportunities?

Hi,

We have been renting our penthouse apartment on Phase 1 for the past 10 months but our client is due to leave late July and we would be keen to rent it out again on a long term basis from the second week of August.

Does anyone know if there are still opportunities for long term rentals now that most of the work on the gas plant in Cartagena is finished? Our clients were working there.

Any advice/info or indeed referals would be much appreciated.

Be very wary is my advice.  A spanish lady rented my apartment and went off without paying the rent, water or electricity.  My apartment was left in a right old mess!

I take it she didn't get her deposit back?

Nope! but then she did owe 3 months rent, electricity and water.  A lesson learned I think.
