I know we have all spoken about the poor quality of the above. I checked Grupos website again and I write below their statement.
Heat and sound insulation.
First quality wood doors,, main entrance security door. PVC window frams with double glazing. Blinds in bedrooms. Floors and tiles. Polished marble floors in bedrooms and living room. Porcelain Gres floor in kitchen and bathrooms. We will all have to check that. First quality wall tiles in kitchen and bathroom. According to reports and by judging Grupo's photos they don't look first quality to me. Bathrooms, massage in main bathroom - wonder what we get there. Wash basin fitted with Marble top. First quality sanitary appliances and first quality chroned one hand taps. Also I took another look at their plans on site of which we have copies and the image 1 certainly has proper brick steps leading down to the garden - not the fire exit type ones currently that are there, which incidentally I have been told by a reliable source is already going rusty.
