Help for Completion Please

 Hello everyone who has bought on Puerto Marina 2 in Los Alcazares. 

I am hoping that some of our fellow owners will look at this thread and join in with any news/updates on the progress of Puerto Marina 2.  We are heading over to the apartment (not yet completed) on 7th April and can't wait to see the place!  We are in block 13.

Has anyone been over lately?  We have been sent a great photo showing the pool area completed and filled - it looks lovely, I can't wait to take a dip!

Any comments on Euromarina eg are they good with the snagging list - do they put things right quickly?  I wonder what phase 3 looks like now! It must be coming on too.

Are you aware there is a website for Puerto Marina owners its www.freewebs.com/patfleck/ its not fully up and running in that not every one on the complex knows about is.

Its going to be a really great way for us to communicate.

Thanks for that - I didn't know about that! I'll go and have a look at it now.

I'm still trying to get people interested to join in the debates etc.

I have been speaking to Michele and he has some very good ideas for the community

He can supply pay as you go internet access where you pay an installation charge but if he is elected as administrator, the charge will be refunded.

He can also supply TV without the need for a dish. He says that we will be able to receive all the usual UK terestrial channels plus a lot more.

From my conversations with him he seem to be genuine. I think he is worth listening to regarding his application for the post of Administrator.

He also provides other services such as property/ contents insurance and legal advice.
