Hi everyone,
Its a long time since we've posted a contribution but have watched everyone's messages with interest. Thank you.
We are buying through D Robinson and last visited in January.
Regarding the Habitation License we came away then with the impression that it would be March and although the delay of 3 years is exceedling frustrating its issue should be the catalyst to address many of the outstanding matters relating to completion.
It is probably wrong to direct criticisms of Jale at Ammex.
When Ammex start receiving subscribtions from all of us as we complete and start occupying the apartments they will be able to respond directly to concerns regarding the standards of the gardens, childrens play area, pools etc. I think it is looking tired and unkept at the moment because 3/4 or more of the develpoment is empty pending issue of the Habitation License.
I think the standard of finish, particularly in the apartments, is poor and whilst unacceptable, can be snagged and corrected but structurally I believe they are sound. The footpaths are independent of the building and can and should be put right.
I am neither an optimist or pessimist but feel that after all this time we are nearly there. We should continue to push for a legally habitable development, then push Jale to put right all individual and common snags ,and then push Ammex into creating grounds and gardens with an ambience that befits the first class development we all subscibed to 5 years ago.....!
See you all by the pool in the summer......!!!!
