A few questionsons on the local area

Hi,

i have just purchased a villa on phase 3 and just want to know what the local area is like as i have only seen it at that time of day when all shops close.

is there any local bars?

shops (newsagent) and convenience stores?

does the area go quiet during the out of season months?

how cold does it get during the winter?

 congrats we  completed at easter  although looked at it last  nov  which  was  nice and warm  

there is a fetteria (hardware) bakers  etc, 

must admit  havent drink in any bars or restaurants  locally but it is quiet   my wife was there at height of season as said it was very busy

we tend to go into port  there is lidls and supermarkets there also the chinese  restaurant wok which we find great value

hope we  may all see ea  other  sometime

 hi peter,

the place is great isla plana is really nice if you blink you would miss a shop or bar between these in isla plana alone there is about 10 businesses.remember the beach is close numerous camp sites enjoy and explore.
