we had internet supplied to La isla, and they asked same question, if you want to use internet in any room around your apartment, then you need wifi router,they will supply and fit, then with password you are ready to go, this eans you can connect any were, wire less, you dont need both, modem is supplied if you want to connect with cable, hope this helps,
