Time for a grumble ....and a few home truths....

Can anyone let me know their experiences dealing with Direct2Spain whilst buying one of the Polaris properties? I have a few agents trying to sell me properties but unsure which one to deal with. The more comments the better please, you'll be helping loads!

Not sure if it's an option but my advice would be cut out the agents & go directly to Polaris.

Also I wouldn't buy off plan again, I'd go for a re-sale, there appears to be little capital appreciation until the site is fully completed. (i.e. Mar Menor). You can come in fairly late and pick things up for similar prices

We have bought of plan before and are also looking to buy resale on la torre, i agree i would never buy off plan again but like you i dont  now what agent to go to you hear so many storys and would like any advice.

I'm looking to buy 3 two bed apartments. I'm picking them up at 130,00 Euro each and couldn't get anything on the other Polaris sites for this price. What sort of prices are you looking at for a 2 bed resale property on Torre / Mar Menor?

Your getting a far better deal than me the best price weve had is 155000/165000 for 2 bed on la torre.

thats with talking to about 3 differant agents  guess i should to your agent!!!
