We have an apartment on Los Tilos phase 9 which is contracted to complete before the end of the year but have not heard a thing.

Could anyone tell me how much notice they got of completion date. 

Or does anyone know when phase 9 is scheduled for?

Any tips on completion etc would be most welcome.

 

 

fergie....La Torre completions are still on phases 3 and some early 4 by end of year....phases 5 supposed to beJan - March ....no dates for 6,7 and 8.....so my guess for phase 9 would be mid-year 2007 at least.

I spoke to PW this week re completion of Acacias on Phase 9 & was told it was now delayed until June/July 2007!

Thanks for this thats interesitng and corresponds with information we had end of last year from Polaris saying Phase 9 Los Tilos wasn't ready for a number of months.  We have tried cancelling our ciontract using the late completion clause and Polaris is now saying the apartments are all finished!!!  Funny that.  Has anyone any other information??

We're buying on Los Sauces Phase 9.

I  spoke to Polaris a couple of weeks ago and was told they will not be ready until June/July.

ours was the same but we're sticking with it.

we'll take out a mortgage and then rent.

Our town centre apartment was also due seconf half of 2006. Now PW are indicating mid year but with no firm committment. It all seems odd as we visited La Torre in Septmber last year and it seemed a hive of activity with most blocks looking built. Anyone know the reasons for the delays?

We were over in La Torre at the end of March. We have an apartment on Phase 8 Nogueral 2. It was due for completion second half of 2006. We have just been informed that it will not be completed until June or July this year 2007, but even when you complete,  the snag list takes anything up to 6 weeks {during which time you cannot put any furniture in the apartment}  and then up to a further 3 months until your essential services {water, electricity and gas} are connected. We have been told that if you are going to live in the apartment - as we are - polaris world will give you a generator and builders supply water until you are connected.

Hi guys, got a call only today telling us our phase 9 Los Tilos apartment will be ready end of May and we are already looking at flights.
