Fuster Solicitors?

Hi There.

i need your help if some one is using Fuster Solicitors regarding"Almanzora Country Club"  which was never built, did you get any Bank Guarantees when you paid the payments into Solicitors' Account.

I would like to hear from people who took ROTTEN "acc" to court and won the case and got your money back.

i would like to take court action against Fuster Solicitors becauce they failed to represent me against the Builder.

i heard Fuster is working for the Builders rather than to protect my interest.

i received an e-mail from the solicitor that the Builder is gone Bankrupt?

i lost my 2 payments and Deposit,is there any decent Solicitor in Spain to help me to get my money from those thiefs.

Sorry to hear that you have had such a bad experiance and not been given the best solicitor to have dealt with your case but only seem to have there own interests at heart!

The bottom line is if you have not got any bank garantees then you have little or no chance of recovering anything from the developer and i would look to taking legal action against the original solicitor to what would ammount to mallpractice in the uk !
