President for Naranjos 7

Hi Guys just got an email from José Luis González which makes absolutetely no sense to me when I translated it. Anyone else get and got any ideas what it's about???

Dear Sirs:




As a homeowner and County with the message collected from many other owners like me, consider that for over 90% of us, this holiday and seasonal vivienta and whose occupation does not usually exceed 2 months a year, so that our expectation is to enjoy a safe, caring, good neighborliness and the lower cost of maintenance as possible.




What matters most is the care of our inner area of ​​the garden or vineyard of each other, without impairment of the whole resort has a sleek, harmonious.




This has been my insomnia for almost four years I've been on the Board of Proprietors of the Community.




As I have said on other occasions, the proper functioning of the Community should be based on the cofianza in the Administrator has been chosen. He and his team should be who does the manager work on improving the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of County. The general assembly that touch at all times, must do its work of supervision and help, and always with an eye to all owners.




I tried to selflessly contribute my grain of sand on improving County, and until August 2011, I worked with enthusiasm, but internal developments and dissenting views are to desist from continuing in office so far I've been playing.




I expressed my interest in the legitimacy and appropriateness of a Charter that from the beginning I believed not in accordance to the proper functioning of the various communities in County, I have also denuciado the null value of basic communities and its President Level 3, legal representative of the owners of each parcel.




Maybe I have put a cloud in front of the eyes to the goodness of the proposals of others or changing other actions have left me a mess, the fact is that I have been saturated and listless to continue my active participation in the Community.




As this year has not been carried out the mandatory Homeowners Board Meeting, as President of Orange 7 ask the Administrator to convene Extraordinary General Meeting of Owners of Orange 7, with the only item on the agenda Election of Chair and Vice Chair of this Community.

I think he is intending to resign as president and wishes to call a garden EGM to elect a new president who will hold the position until the next AGM in Nov/December.

He has sent the same message to the presidents and the administrator.  Any owners interested in standing for president?

Jay you should stand you will be a good el presidente and the post comes with a free coffe once a year the second sunday of november.

I was out then and didn’t get the coffee, had to buy my own in the end, no such thing as a free lunch or in this case coffee!

But despite no coffee, we have a lot of work to be done to continue the improvements in our community so people with commitment and determination that are prepared to stand as garden President for this or any garden/penthouse, that isn’t represented actively when the time comes should consider standing and make themselves known.

Its hard work and sometimes seams pointless and thankless but then you see something improve in some way and we move forward a little.

You don’t have to be resident, as I am not, but it helpful if you can try to attend some if not all of the ¼ meetings and give some time to attend to issues when in Condado or at home.

Access to internet is essential. O and I will buy you a coffee, just one though.
