I think Oasis Village is a very attractive product ,(we have bought there on sector 1 so have studied it alot). They are ready to start the build work and I know they are selling sector 2 properties at a special promotion price of  - 10% off the market price. Only for a limited period though and not sure how long for. Oasis village is next to the Spanish village and the shops and also close too the club house and hotel. I think it will be really attractive to renters once its completed and every appartment has its own plunge pool on the patio.  Its also a gated community within the HDA gated community, so will be popular for families as it has its own sports area & small club house. & pools.

One thing is for sure, for those who are able to react quickly it should make a good investment or holiday home with the prices rising right upto completion in 18 months or so. This is the phase where they sold the 1st 100 properties in 10 days - so someone thinks the same way as i do?

Citizens

thanks for all your input.  We get so little information from the developers.  The monthly magazine is great but speaks in broad terms.

We have two properties over there and bought at the very beginning.  It has been a long wait but we are very happy with the progress that we are hearing about now.  Some of the other developments that we viewed seem to be in trouble now.  We bought on another and we have had many many problems but are hoping these will come good in time. (If we can hang in).

Whilst Hacienda has been a bit slow at times,  and we are well behind projected budget on rental incomes,  the news that we read is very positive,  and thanks again for your news.

We have not been able to get over there in 18 months now,  so we rely on other people who can report back news.

Mia

HI

Just got back from Hacienda. It is looking great. We took friends to see the resort who live in Spain. It was the first time that they had seen Hacienda and thought it was the best resort that they had seen. They are considering selling their Spanish property and moving up to Hacienda.
