Advantage we have is that we are resident on Condado unlike other "Airport Transfer Services" based in the area I have heard being recomended by someone .
I have often come across people who once delivered to Condado are abandoned by the person who transferred them are left to sort themselves out. If I hadn't picked up one couple one evening in the taxi they would have had problems getting about especially after foot and hip operations. So can we help with any family or friends staying on here that do no not drive.?
For Golf groups we have a long wheel base 9 seater minibus as well as a standard size minibus . Tell us what you are doing and compare prices with cost of hire , fuel and all extras you get charged with.
We have a 5 seat Taxi Alhama de Murcia No 10 and 2 minibuses registerred for Public Hire with hire insurance . Newer minibus tested every year and older minibus tested every 6 months . Any vehicle over 5 years for public use has to be tested every 6 months. If it has an over 6 month ITV sticker on it or none at all !! and over 5 years then I would ask is it correctly registerred and insured.
Don't forget to have all paperwork to proove you have hired a vehicle from the hire company- how can you proove you have the owner's permision to drive that vehicle? Is your Spanish good enough to convince the Guardia Civil the vehicle is not stolen?
Does the person who picks you up have the paperwork to proove they are the owner or have the owners'd permision ? If they ask you to lie for them be careful as the Traffico Inspector may have been tracking the vehicle for months gatherring evidence .
