Initially quite surprised that so few posts are on this thread- I'd also like to point out that some satellie dishes on 1st floor apartment terraces are huge and visible, at the end of J8 there is one and another in J7. Thats aside from my concerns about brown trellis's and also brown wooden gates, black window grill etc. If we have rules why aren't they enforced- maybe because, as is evident on the thread, most people don't care and possibly that includes ML.
I'm aware there are so many things to do and sort on CdA but why have rules if they are not important enough to enforce? Delaying action will surely get peoples backs up and make getting them to take things down even harder. These things will have been established for a long time and people will have spent hard earned money believing no action will be taken so getting things altered is bound to be an unenviable task.
I'd like to enclose my pergola and create a third bedroom- professionally done of course. Would anything be said or done and if so what about all the additions to other properties since 2008?
