New Club House

I note from the Condado Daily News that construction of the Clubhouse is underway.  Is this an accurate statement and CONSTRUCTION of a NEW Clubhouse is finally ongoing, or is it simply the transfer of the greehouse (the old sales office) from one end of the course to another?  Hardly a Clubhouse, more like an outhouse.

 Construction has started workers were busy yesterday clearing the hill between 1st white tee and Driving range and transplanting all the trees and shrubs around the course.

A digger was levelling the area. Some fencing has been erected.

The Glass sales room is being moved to this spot, estimated 6 - 8 weeks before we can have a beer there after a game.

 Thank you Mick for clarification.  I suppose it's a start but, concerned this transfer may delay the construction of a " fit for purpose" clubhouse befitting the course.

Don't understand the previous response, not in to abbreviations.
