car hire company Bsafe

im wondering if anyone heard of a car company called Bsafe?

i would like to hear from people who used them before how the renting and the car was??

Try 'Do You Spain' website. Always use them as they always have the best rates, for me anyway.

Having recomended 'Do You Spain' I have to report that this year I am far from happy with the service I have received from them.

As usual, I searched the site for our holiday this August and they came up with a 'Citreon Berlingo' from 'Sol-Mar'. Never used Sol-Mar before so didn't know what to expect.

We were met at the airport by a mini-bus which took us to Sol-Mar's site in San Javier. There was our car. A Citreon Berlingo, over 3 years old, 65,000kms on the clock, no central locking, manual windows in the front, crap A/C and the list goes on.

I have tried numerous times to complain to Do You Spain but they just don't reply. I know at the end of the day it's only a car with 4 wheels but when you pay €750 you expect something half decent, don't you?

I went to the airport the other day for a pick up and got chatting to the GoldStar girls who told me Sol-Mar buy up most of their cars after 2 years and that's how they work.

In future I will still use Do You Spain but will not go for the absolute cheapest if it means ending up at Sol-Mar. I would rather pay the little bit extra and use GoldStar. Atleast they have quality cars for the price !!!!!!

We always book through Economy Carhire and find them to be efficient and very good when it comes to customer service, whether it's on the phone or replying to e-mails. We tend to choose Centauro who are usually not the cheapest but we had an issue with Dickmanns the only time we chose them as the cheapest.  The car was, actually fine, but on pick up they would not give us anything showing existing scratches etc.  Said it was fine and they wouldn't worry about the odd scratch on return!!!! Needless to say we took umpteen photos to show them we weren't repsonsible should there have been any problem on returning the car.  All was OK but wasn't happy with their verbal 'guarantee' especially reading some of the awful stories on EOS.

With Economy Carhire we pay for cancellation protection when we book, then keep an eye on the prices.  If the price drops enough to cover the loss of the cancellation and card fees, then we cancel and rebook at the more favourable price.
