Foreign Exchange Is Simple!

Hi all,

I have received calls from many of you with regards to me leaving Majestic.  I have left Majestic under very good terms and would like to clarify that for you as owners, nothing changes with regards to completion of your developments.  Owners have also called me regarding circulating emails that appear to come from a disgruntled ex staff member.  I am now an ex staff member of Majestic and can confirm that I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for Majestic as they were always a professional and honourable company to work for.

Not that honourable Debbie. I was told in March that La Condessa would be finished and ready for occupancy in August of this year. It's not. No work has been done on that site for months. Why is that, and when will it be ready? Do the honourable thing and tell us. After my visit to you in March when I decided, thank God, not to buy from you, you repeatedly promised to return my holding deposit. When I spoke to you on the phone, on a number of occasions, you personally said you would be returning my money to me, you did not. After three months of waiting I contacted my lawyer and only when they threatened to sue did you return my money. So I'm sorry Debbie, I take everything you say with a large pinch of salt.

I beleive that the pressure of purchasers getting annoyed made you resign or the fact that generally Majestic are having major image problems made you go....is it a case of go or we push you to the mental breakdown that we purchasers are on the verge of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
