Hi folks. I have tenants in at the moment and the tv box needs retuning. Unfortunately Phil Tann is on holiday. He fitted the box and it has been great and I normally just retune it myself if it drifts off channel. Is there anyone on site at the moment who can assist? Many thanks. Arlene

Pleeeeaaaase! If anyone at condado has 'the box super USB' tv digibox can they get in touch with me as I REALLY need some onsite help to retune the tv in my apartment. I have two lovely tenants who are getting a bit annoyed with me not being able to sort the English tv channels. Thanks. Arlene.

Hi Kelly. It is j1478 on garden 13. It is not the Polaris box however. Normally when I am there I just retune it and it all works but I can't expect the renters to automatically understand how it works. I would be grateful if your husband would have a go at fixing it though! Many thanks.

Hi all. I am still trying to get the telly working for my rental guests! I feel terrible. Another forum member (rockstarphotograph) has kindly offered to send a channel list via email to anyone who can save it onto a stick and then slot it into the digibox in my apartment to download the channels. Is there anyone out there who can possibly help me with this? Am really struggling. Many thanks. Arlene.

So is there anyone out there who has mucked about with or manipulated the channel file on a PC or laptop, then loaded it back onto the box. I've done this many times, and so has Phil, but neither of us are over there at the moment !

Hi I have a 8gb sd card and a sd card reader which slots into usb slot so should do the job.
However I haven’t transferred these files before and updated the digibox so would need clear instructions to follow.
If that helps I am willing to try?

I did manage to get hold of another digibox but because it hadn't been updated then it wouldn't work. It's something to do with an updated data download with channels. I'm pretty rubbish with technology but fortunately I think Chris is a bit more clued up. I am extremely grateful for your kind offer though. Many thanks. Arlene.
