Apartment Sale Advice PLEASE !!

Hi all,

I have been an owner on CDA since the off-plan days and have spent many hours reading all your posts.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am reluctantly forced to sell my 2 bed apartment on CDA - fully furnished with air con.

Can anyone give me an idea of the best way to go about selling ?  

Also the likely costs of selling (tax, legal, estate agent, etc).

And finally, the million dollar question - what kind of prices are these selling for at present ?

Hi Lanky. I have been looking for a funished 2 bed apt in CDA. and the average price they are advertised at is 65.000 euro. !! I am going to veiw next week and i am hoping to find a property sooner rather than later. I no that this is bad news for the seller and i wish you the best of luck in whatever you choose to do.
