Hi there
we are buying number 51 phase 3, and where told end of June, but still waiting. would love any info anyone has, as Atlas are as much use as a chocolate ashtray, about giving info about dates...... were coming out in october, so we may see some of you lucky phase 1-2 people.

I have just posted some new photos dated 15th September. We are also in phase 3 but using Medsea, they have told us of a delay (were told end of September originally) we are now hoping for the end of November.

Thanks for posting the up to date photos of the state of progress. It was also nice to be able to see something of the development next to Letizia, as it was only at the foundation stage when my wife, Lesley, and I were last over there in February. Keeping our fingers crossed for November then!

We have the 2nd floor apartment overlooking the farm and swimming pool and took some photos of the progress on 22nd October. Photos posted to this site. Met someone who is buyiing an attic apartment at the other end of the block and he expects to move in in January 2007. I must admit, there doesn't seem to be a great deal of change since my last visit in June. Perhaps most of the work has been on the inside.

Thanks for posting the photo's, we are buying down at the phase three end, facing the football pitch. We are still awaiting an update from ATLAS on the progress but judging by your pictures I guess January seems more realistic than November.

We are buying in phase 3 top floor over-looking the orange groves. We were told by our bank that the builder has informed them that completion will be Mid November. Our bank is the same bank that the builder uses and therefore they have alot of contact with them. Hopefully this will be the case as we would like to complete before Christmas. Will let you know if we get any update.

Hi Mary (and to all those still waiting),
We had an e-mail from ATLAS yesterday to say that they had been advised that our apartment in phase three, facing the football pitch, should be released in early December. Fingers crossed!

Hi there fellow phase 3 buyers, we have also been told by Atlas that completion according to the builder should be 4th December.. Hooray !! although it's not official yet, so fingers crossed,can anyone let us know how long it takes after you have been officialy informed, that you go over to take possesion of the apartment??and actually start using it..??

Hi everyone, We are going out on Sunday to complete within two to three days after that Iberian have said we shoud be moved in. So fingers crossed good luck to everyone else. It should not be that long for the rest of you. As long as we do not have the nightmares Justin Aldridge is having from eye on spain I really feel for him as well as being President.
