Moving money across

Hi... I used to use HIFX but they became pricey and they're really only looking at large sums and corporate.  However, the last twice I've used Currencyfair and they've been much much cheaper, simple to use and very efficient.

They charge a flat fee of only Eur.3- per transaction and they even offer a next day transfer for about Eur.9-

I heard about them from someone else on here and have been very impressed.

 My husband has just switched from Voltrex to Caxton for the online payment account which we use to transfer money to our spanish bank account. He already has a currency card with Caxton and just loads it up before we come out. When we withdraw cash we don't incurr any bank charges. He feels Caxton is better value than either Voltrex or HIFX.

I've recently purchased a property and used Currencies Direct who I found on the comparison sites and give you a good rate plus no transfer charge for larger transactions.

I also now have a Prepaid currency card from them to use while in Spain and simply top it up online and again get a much better exchange rate than the Post Office or my bank.
