NON RESIDENTS TAX

Can anyone help me I have just received my bill for 2011 and have been told by my solicitors that it is 277.18E can this be correct as it seems rather expensive ?

         thats about right last year i paid 270 euros year before i paid 277 euros this sounds like a common trend

Ours was only 106 euro for 2011 and has been similar in previous years.  But you are probably paying huge solicitor fee by giving them the privilege of completing the form for you - complete rip-off!!

You can get Spanish Tax Forms to do this for you for £25!

If you google Spanish tax forms you will pick up their site. All you need to do fill in the required details online and they complete the form for you. They send it you and you can take the form to your bank in Spain to make the payment. The cost is £25 for the form. The bank takes if sending the relevant part of the form to the tax office. Spanish tax forms also offer a service of sorting out the payment for you but this costs slightly more.
I see from another thread that you can download form yourself and comets but think you would have to be very sure of your Spanish!
