Good News - Bienestar Fitness Gym opening at CDA on 15th December

Just seen announcement on Daily News that the Bienestar Fitness Gym is opening on December 15th which I think is great news as we've been asking for a gym for ages. With all the new restaurants that have opened up on Condado in the last few months and the imminent addition of the American diner I'm sure that this gym will be gladly welcomed, and I for one always put on a few pounds at this time of year.

I wish James and Byron every success with this latest venture which can only be another bonus to our increasingly improving resort.

Is the gym in a unit at Al Kazar ?

 Nope, A squash court at the condado club.

Great news, will they have info on a website?

Used the gym over the christmas and new year.

It's got everything you need for a decent workout and they have plans for expansion.

Hope everybody can support them in this venture.

Open 1 month today and so busy...expansion plans needed before the busy summer!!  Rates are 5 Euro daily, 15 Euro weekly, 25 Euro monthly and 250 Euro annually.  Add Bienestar Gym as a friend on Facebook!

 Do they cater for overweight oldies

I am over in Feb & again in May & it would be good to continue my fitness calendar while I am away

They cater for all needs...James gives supervised support on a Thursday morning for the more mature among us. They will work with you, whatever your needs....if you fancy a walking partner for the perimeter when you're over, give me a shout...Im walking the perimeter and stopping at the gym to tone up those areas which are showing their age...which Im not going to discuss on here!!
